Finally, water passes through bio-media where beneficial bacteria thrive, removing ammonia and nitrite. The medium and large models feature easily removed media tray(s) to make maintenance simple and ensure maximum biological efficiency. Includes SUPRA Bio Media (SUPRA bio media rapidly colonizes beneficial bacteria) and is designed and coloured green to blend with natural surroundings.
